PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Ladies and Gentlemen,

When cooperating or exchanging electronic correspondence with our company, you provide us with certain personal data of which we become the administrator. This includes e.g. information provided in the forms placed on our website, the e-Trade system, as well as information contained in your e-mail footer. Below you will find information on how we process this data.

  • WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    According to art. 14 para. 1 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws L 119/1, 4/05/2016, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), we inform you that the administrator of your personal data will be Impakt S.A. with its registered office at ul. Stanisława Lema 16, 62-050 Mosina, KRS number 0000585900 (company hereinafter referred to as “the Administrator”). Contact with the Administrator is possible via correspondence to the address given above or in electronic form to the address zgody@impakt.com.pl.

  • WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

    The administrator may process the following categories of your personal data:

    • names and surnames,

    • contact details (e-mail, telephone number, data related to other forms of electronic communication),

    • correspondence data (address, city, street, zip code)

    • details of the entity for which you work together with address and contact details of this entity.

  • FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    Your personal data will be used by the Administrator only for the purpose of:

    • fulfilment of the Administrator's obligations towards state institutions resulting from legal regulations,

    • exercising the Administrator's rights and obligations resulting from the conclusion of a contract between you and the Administrator or a contract concluded with the Administrator by the entity for which you work,

    • maintenance and development of the Administrator's business, which should be understood as internal reporting, compilation and marketing activities

    • the Administrator contacting with you regarding matters related to the concluded contract and its execution.

  • ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

    The legal basis for the processing your personal data will be the need to fulfil the Administrator's obligations under the law as well as the legitimate interests of the Administrator, consisting in cooperation with the entity for which you work and the Administrator's implementation of tasks related to the activity carried out by the Administrator. In some cases, the basis for processing personal data will be the consent expressed by you in written or electronic form.

  • TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA?

    Personal data provided to us by you may be made available to persons working for the Administrator and under the Administrator’s control. Data may also be made available to external entities providing accounting and human resources services, quality management services, management services, legal services and transport services.

  • HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?

    Your personal data will be at the Administrator's disposal for the duration of your cooperation with the Administrator or cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work, and later, for the period required by applicable law or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or enforce the Administrator’s rights.

  • WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

    You have the right to access your personal data and to correct, supplement, delete, limit its processing, transfer, raise objections and withdraw prior consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing can be made at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the data processing activities that were carried out during the period of your consent.

    You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you claim that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation.

  • HOW TO WITHDRAW CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING?

    To withdraw your prior consent, please send a message to the address zgody@impakt.com.pl with a brief note of which consent you want to withdraw and to what extent.
